I have over thirty years of working in exercise as a Karate instructor, before
becoming a Personal Trainer. With my advanced stretching technics you
can become more flexible and gain great range of mobility. If you’re looking
to lose weight, tone up, feel better or train for a specific goal (a marathon
perhaps? A fundraising trek? I can help. Maybe you just want to sleep better,
feel more organized, supple and disciplined and improve your general fitness
and muscular strength?

My Persnal Training Includes diet advice through Nutri-Genetix (NGX) is the
future of nutrition to help you eat the right foods to achieve your fitness and
body shape goals. Looking at your lifestyle, habits and pressures on your
time to stay fit and happy. I also offer free fitness testing and body analysis
to track your progress and keep you motivated. We’ll work out a programme,
approach, and timetable that suits you. You can train outdoors in one of
Brighton’s parks or open spaces.
